It’s that time of year again … SPRING FAIR! Mark your calendars and make sure you don’t miss this one. This is always one of best and most fun events for the whole family. Your kids have already sent home a flyer, but in case you need another see attached. Of course, this means we’ll need volunteers. LOTS AND LOTS of volunteers. This event can’t happen without your help. Please see link below to sign up for something. If you’re not able to help out on the day of the event but still want to contribute, let me know. We’ll need some volunteers to help with some odd and ends prior to the event; make signs, run errands, etc. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!
Teachers are real life superheroes. They educate, innovate, encourage and support. Every day they touch the lives of millions of children and their work and impact extends far beyond the boundaries of the classroom.
Take the time to celebrate these real life superheroes during PTA Teacher Appreciation Week, May 2-6, 2016.

The National PTA Reflections program is America’s oldest and largest arts education program of its kind. The Reflections program provides an opportunity for students to create original artwork, reflecting on a specific theme, and receive recognition in six different areas.
Each year, students are recognized for bringing the theme to life through film production, dance choreography, literature, music composition, photography and visual arts.
The theme for this year is “Believe, Dream, Inspire.” All submissions require an artist interpretation statement explaining the piece and its connection to the theme. Entries without artist statements will be disqualified. All entries must have a title, artist statement and be accompanied with the student entry form.
